Weather
The weather in the Sarapiqui Region is very tropical as we are situated in the lowland Caribbean rain forest. We have a dry season which general runs from March until the beginning of June when it is sunny most days and from June until the middle of February we have the wet season which brings in much more rain.
The rainy season last a bit longer here on the Caribbean planes than it does in the rest of the country which makes it possible for us to raft year round. Besides rafting we can do all of our other activities anytime of the year.
We monitor the river on a daily basis and adjust the sections of river that we raft based on the amount of rainfall we receive and the level of the river.

Rain Forest Hiking Tours
During the walk you will be traveling upon 9 km (5.5 miles) of trails suited to be accessible to people of all ages. This system of trails is within a protected area that consists of over 800 acres of magnificent tropical forest.
